Luyan Li is a highly skilled Senior International Tax Consultant with extensive experience in advising multinational corporations on complex tax issues. She worked previously at Deloitte Tax LLP, helping global businesses navigate the challenges of international tax compliance and planning. Her work there involved designing tax-efficient structures that reduce liabilities across multiple jurisdictions, aligning with both U.S. and foreign tax regulations, and minimizing overall tax exposure for companies with complex cross-border operations.
In addition to her consulting background, Luyan has legal experience with the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue and the Georgetown Law Tax Clinic, where she drafted memoranda, conducted legal research, and represented clients before the U.S. Tax Court.
