Jialin Dykstra is an Associate Attorney at Moskowitz LLP who brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role. After graduating with a concentration in tax law from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2021, she swiftly passed the California bar exam, marking the beginning of her journey into the intricate world of tax law. Prior to her legal studies, Jialin pursued public relations at the University of Southern California, where she first recognized the synergy between PR and law, particularly in research and writing skills.

Since joining the team, Jialin has honed her skills in tax controversy and planning, advocating fervently for taxpayers’ rights in disputes with IRS and state tax agencies. She’s admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court and Central District Court of CA, with prior experience at Big Four accounting firm KPMG. Her role is multifaceted, involving tasks such as writing appeals and petitions, and navigating complex tax codes to protect her clients’ financial interests. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, she approaches each case with diligence and determination.
