Mayville “May” La Rosa, J.D., LL.M. (Taxation) is an experienced and results-driven tax attorney with a proven track record in complex tax resolution, litigation, and corporate tax strategy. Drawing from her background as Lead Litigation Attorney and Corporate Counsel, May has represented clients before the IRS, state taxing authorities, and the U.S. Tax Court, achieving significant reductions in tax liabilities and guiding individuals and businesses through high-stakes disputes. Her extensive experience includes tax audits, entity restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax credits, and bankruptcy-related tax matters.

May holds a Master of Laws in Taxation and Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she earned recognition for academic excellence and leadership.
