Stephen Mark Moskowitz, Esq., is the Senior Partner Moskowitz, LLP, located in San Francisco, CA. His practice covers the entire spectrum of tax law for individual and business needs. Steve prides himself on continual innovation and prudent creativity when it comes to strategizing for, and
defending, clients.

For over thirty years, Steve and his law firm have successfully helped tens of thousands of clients with tax representation and resolution of all types of Federal and State tax situations.

Raised in Philadelphia in less than affluent circumstances, Steve grew up quickly, with incredible tenacity, creativity and drive. It was his upbringing and experience that ultimately led Steve to believe in the American dream, and a belief, that everyone with the drive and commitment to try to make it in their life, should not be afraid, confused or held back by the tax code, or be unable to benefit from “the system.”

Steve’s lively manner and passion for the businessperson has led to media attention and a role as a legal analyst for Fox-KTVU and regular commentator on local and national radio. His current weekly position is on Comcast Sportsnet’s Chronicle Live Show where is comments on sports headlines from the legal perspective.
