Raquel Lazar-Paley is an Associate Attorney at Moskowitz, LLP, bringing 20 years of experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration to the firm.
Raquel practiced estate planning in San Diego from 1999 through 2007, then took a few years off to run an online business and spend more time with her three children. She moved to Israel in 2009 and, since then, has worked with U.S. expats in Israel on their cross-border estate and probate issues. She has also assisted several U.S. and Israeli nonprofit organizations with their educational and peacebuilding efforts in Northern Israel.
Raquel earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. She has a B.A. from Binghamton University (Harpur College) and an M.A. in History from Columbia University in New York. She is licensed to practice in California and Israel.
