Steve Moskowitz, is the Senior Partner of the Law Office of Stephen Moskowitz, LLP, located in the Financial District in San Francisco, California. The law firm representing clients with individual and business tax matters at a local or national level, as well as, represent clients with International tax matters.
For over thirty years, Steve has successfully helped tens of thousands of clients with tax representation and resolving any and all types of tax situations that can arise with Federal or State taxes. Steve has earned all his law degrees with Honors; including a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, an M.B.A. from New York University in New York City, a Law Degree from New York Law School and an Advanced Law Degree specializing in Tax from Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco, CA.
Steve’s licensing includes the State Bar of California, the State Bar of New York (inactive), CPA (New York-inactive), United States Tax Court, U.S. District and all Districts in California, Federal Court of Claims, Federal Appeals Court and U.S. Supreme Court.
Some of Steve’s accomplishments include articles featured in several publications on the subject of How to Reduce your Taxes, Avoiding Tax Return Preparation Penalties, Tax Aspects of Financial Planning and Hong Kong Revenue Law to mention a few. Steve has conducted seminars on such topics as Tax Aspects of Financial Planning, Legal Liability of Certified Public Accounts, and Tax Planning for Small Business, Tax Saving Through Year-End tax planning and taxation of Individuals.
Steve’s media accomplishments include seven years as the Fox TV-Bay Area Legal Analyst, hosting his own Talk Show on KNBR Radio-San Francisco and numerous appearances on Bay Area radio and television stations. Steve speaks on all legal and tax issues.
Steve taught for eight years at Golden Gate University in San Francisco as well as the University of San Francisco.
Anthony V. Diosdi, Esq
Anthony is a Senior Associate with the Law Firm of Stephen Moskowitz, LLP.
He currently focuses on tax litigation, criminal tax controversy, civil tax controversy, tax compliance, and tax collection representation. Anthony's tax litigation experience covers a wide range of issues.
He has litigated cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal District Court of Colorado, Federal District Court of Arizona, Federal District Court of Western Washington, Federal Claims Court, United States Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Tax Court in matters of alleged tax shelter involvement, taxation of trusts, taxation of corporate shareholders, taxation of partnerships, valuation of real and personal property, deductibility of spousal support, deductibility of charitable contributions, deductibility of business expenses, taxation of employee benefit plans, employee-independent contractor status, refund claims, wrongful levies, allegations of unreported income, and civil fraud and accuracy related penalties. Anthony also has experience litigating cases involving transactional matters.
