Estate Planning and Tax Attorney
An associate with 2 - 4 years of experience is needed for growing our estate planning practice. Associate must have experience with estate planning, transfers, trust and estate administration, and probate. Associate must be able to prepare wills, revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, power of attorneys, insurance trust agreements, family partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, etc. Must also be able to devise and implement various advanced planning strategies and work in conjunction with tax attorneys to research tax and estate planning and asset protection issues.
Our Law clerks are students, who have completed at least one full year of law school. These law clerks work directly with attorneys on legal matters. Law clerks are employed during their fall and spring semesters and, occasionally, during the summer. The firm's hiring standards for law clerks are rigorous. Each law clerk's work is evaluated both to determine whether each assignment was performed satisfactorily and to assess the law clerk's potential as an associate should they apply to the firm for an associate position. Law clerks work with attorneys in all areas of the firm's practice.
